Tai Chi for Horse Riders

Good riding has a lot to do with good communication.

Communication with a horse is not about gadgets; the rider’s mind set, posture, and balance are what good communication is about. Are my body and my mind giving the same message to the horse?

A horse has enough to contend with carrying a rider, clear communication makes life so much easier – for both. This is where Tai Chi comes in. Awareness, mental and physical. Learn how, with Tai Chi for Riders.
